FVS Tech Up | Paris

As the Project Coordinator for INFiLED at the FVS Tech’Up event in Paris, I led the project from concept to completion—managing everything from stand design and demo unit coordination to on-site execution. Here’s how I helped make our 36m² booth a standout experience in France’s top AV industry event:

End-to-End Project Management:

Oversaw every stage of planning and delivery, including stand layout, graphic design, and on-site logistics. Coordinated directly with key partners and suppliers to ensure a seamless build and breakdown.

Demo Unit Coordination:

Managed the display and operation of key INFiLED products:

• OREZ2.6 (12 cabinets stacked) for high-impact, dynamic branding visible from the aisle.

• WP P1.56 (5x5 wall mount) showcasing sleek corporate visuals.

• XII P1.9 (curved 6x5 setup) running immersive studio content powered by SMODE.

• Partnered with VuWall to integrate their WT0.9 control screen adjacent to our stand.

Tech Collaboration & Innovation:

Worked with the technical team on calibration and controller integration, ensuring all displays ran flawlessly. Partnered with SMODE to create an interactive studio corner with curved LED—a visual hotspot designed to engage attendees and drive foot traffic.

Marketing & Brand Experience:

Executed a visual storytelling approach through branded content loops and product placement. Curated media to support key messaging for both corporate and DOOH audiences. Supported customer engagement across the booth alongside the sales team.

Event Impact:

The FVS Tech’Up welcomed 500+ industry professionals, offering a powerful platform to grow INFiLED’s presence in the French AV market. Our booth stood out for its clarity of message, immersive tech, and high-resolution displays.
