As the Project Coordinator for INFiLED at the IBC event in Amsterdam, I was instrumental in overseeing the logistics and ensuring a seamless execution of the 110m2 booth and demo units. Here’s how my contributions led to a successful experience for our team and clients:
Demo Unit Logistics:
Coordinated the delivery and setup of demo units, ensuring they arrived on time and were prepared for the exhibition.
Team Coordination:
Collaborated with a team of engineers and booth builders for six days, overseeing the build-up and smooth setup of the booth. Ensured all technical and design elements met INFiLED’s high standards.
Marketing Support:
Worked on-site with the marketing team, ensuring everything was in place for product demonstrations and presentations. Managed customer engagement and brand visibility during the event.
Team Building Boat Rental:
Organised a team-building experience with a private boat rental on the canals, coordinating food, drinks, and accessories to ensure the event was both fun and memorable.
Successful Bid for 2026 Position:
Proud to share that I successfully secured the position for INFiLED at IBC 2026, paving the way for future growth and opportunities at the event.
The IBC event was an excellent platform to showcase INFiLED’s innovative technology, and I was thrilled to contribute to its success.
