In the heart of Barcelona, I took the festive season as an opportunity to bring together women from various walks of life for a night filled with joy, delicious Italian cuisine, wine, and music. Organising this Christmas Networking Dinner was not just about celebrating the festive season but also about fostering camaraderie and connections in a warm, welcoming environment.
Here's how we made the evening special and memorable:
Event Planning: I conceptualised and organised the Christmas party, tailoring it to ensure it met the desires and preferences of our guests, creating an inclusive and festive atmosphere.
Venue Selection: I chose a venue that perfectly matched our festive theme, ensuring a cozy and inviting space for everyone to feel at ease and merry.
Menu Planning: The menu was a carefully curated three-course Italian feast, accommodating various dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, paired with a selection of beverages to complement the meal.
Ticket Sales: I managed ticket sales and reservations efficiently, setting a closing date well in advance to aid in meticulous planning and preparation.
Promotion: The event was promoted through social media channels and personal networks, reaching out to a wide audience and encouraging a great turnout.
Customer Communication: I ensured clear communication regarding ticket purchases and promptly addressed any inquiries, making the process smooth and straightforward for attendees.
Christmas Raffle: The evening featured a Christmas raffle sponsored by local businesses, adding an element of excitement and community support.
Collaboration: Collaborating with photographer Mireia Navarro, we captured the highlights of the event, providing a visual memory for the attendees and material to promote future gatherings.
Event Execution: On the day, I oversaw the coordination and management of the party, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that every guest left with a smile, satisfied with the experience.
